LİNEER ELEKTRİKSEL YÜKE BAĞLI PV PANELLERİN OPTİMİZASYONU VE BÖLGESEL UYGULANABİLİRLİĞİNİN ARAŞTIRILMASI
Abstract
A PV panel driving an electrical device (load) that has a constant-total-resistance is considered here. The main
object of the study is to determine optimal value of the resistance to adjust volt-amper characteristics of the load
to those that provides maximum power output for PV panel. A simple mathematical approach is proposed here
for this purpose. The other significant part of the study is introducing a handy method to consider hourly solar
radiation utility potential of any location on every day of the year for testing the optimization. A particular
numerical example performed for Sanliurfa province has shown that solar radiation intensity of 500 W/m2 or
above is high enough to design a PV system in this location to reach maximum utilization of the system.
